Dreamers 04:09
You’re going down now, reach for the surface, Stuck out here all on your own, Lost in the ocean with no sense of purpose, And in this dream you sink like a stone. All of the dreamers dreaming now, they all dream the same thing. Room full of faces, all laughing at her, All for reasons she can’t name. All that she wanted when she woke up after, Was not to feel this sense of shame. All of the dreamers dreaming now, they all dream the same thing. All of the dreamers screaming out, as dreams turn to nightmares! In all of the battles, he was the victor, Far below the city calls, Defended the girl but he never picked her, Cause when he wakes he knows that he’ll fall. All of the dreamers dreaming now, they all dream the same thing. All of the dreamers screaming out, as dreams turn to nightmares!

Into Sunset 03:13
All you said you ever wanted, was to be far away from here, You’d pack it up, lock the door, walk away and disappear, Has this now become a place, where you shouldn’t be at all, Will you be waiting till tomorrow, just to… Fall into the sunset, far beyond the sea, To be called, by tides that take you far away from me. It wasn’t that this was unpleasant, or that something had gone wrong, But a changing inclination there was somewhere to belong, Like somebody told you something, that you couldn’t quite recall, Will you be waiting till tomorrow, just to… Fall into the sunset, far beyond the sea, To be called, by tides that take you far away from me. All there is, and all there’s been, and everything that’s in between, Like all the things you’ve never seen before as you… Fall into the sunset, far beyond the sea, To be called, by tides that take you far away from me. And the sunrise will take you to a place you might have known, Is it just nostalgia finding home.

We picked destinations out past the land and beyond the reach of the sea. Sailing together whatever the weather, our vessel could hold only three. And lightning would tangle its fingers around us, trying to make us turn pale. But we were intrepid, the future was ours so we smiled and took hold of the sails… We went to see all of the things that you swore, said that you saw, In the space beyond our own. Leaving to find the things we’d heard of before, looking for more, Than we thought that we had known. So we left the horizon, sailed past Orion, hoping for Jupiter’s moon. We said to each other we’d watch one another, for we wouldn’t be getting there soon. But sleep overtook us; the sun overlooked us, leaving us cold and alone. We weren’t disbanded, just lonely and stranded, far from the place we called home… We went to see all of the things that you swore, said that you saw, In the space beyond our own. Leaving to find the things we’d heard of before, looking for more, Than we thought that we had known. Then silence absorbing the sounds of our calling, with desperate looks in our eyes. We were starting to wonder, over and over if anyone could hear our cries. Then a star in the distance offered assistance and the light gave us hope once again. Too far to return, we hoped that we’d learn as we sailed towards our journey’s end… We went to see all of the things that you swore, said that you saw, In the space beyond our own. Leaving to find the things we’d heard of before, looking for more, Than we thought that we had known.

Songbird 05:38
You took it for granted, the sound became stagnant, What once enchanted became just noise. Woke you every morning, and then without warning, You wanted the silence the chorus destroyed. You gave all you had to silence the songbird, Losing yourself to quiet a song heard, But silence rang loud and the hope emptied out. Started to hum and whistle the chorus, Searching the trees and looking out for us, Then one by one, the songbirds they come, A choir singing out, a choir singing out! Immersed in the silence, noise seemed like violence, But the quiet oppressed you just the same. Straining for voices, the result of your choices, You’ve got no one else to blame You gave all you had to silence the songbird, Losing yourself to quiet a song heard, But silence rang loud and the hope emptied out. Started to hum and whistle the chorus, Searching the trees and looking out for us, Then one by one, the songbirds they come, A choir singing out, a choir singing out!

You say the sky is falling but is it really all that bad? You spend your days complaining about the things we’ll never have. All your plans, in your hands. You say we’re missing something and there are times that I agree. There’s always something better but look around and you will see, It’s not as bad, as they say, And maybe, we should look at It another way! This time that we have now, we’ll never have again, And I, I am just glad to spend this time, this time with you my friend. I’ve sat and listened to you, listened to you for a while, And this whole time my friend, I haven’t even seen you smile, And I need, to tell you now. You tried to tell me about, all the things that were unfair, But here we are together, under the sun without a care, Cos it’s not as bad, as they say, And there is nowhere else I’d rather be today! This time that we have now, we’ll never have again, And I, I am just glad to spend this time, this time with you my friend. This time that we have now, we’ll never have again, And I, I am just glad to spend this time, this time with you my friend.
